Amp model decoder

The device list tells you nothing unless you already know the amp. “Watt D103” and “CA John’s 2C” are obvious to someone who has owned one and useless to everyone else.

The community wiki documents these; the rest of the factory amp list has no published decoding we could find. We would rather show the gap than fill it with plausible-sounding guesses — the value of a decoder is entirely in being able to trust it.

Unlike the Nano Cortex's factory capture decoder — which is our own reading of deliberately obfuscated names — these mappings are documented per amp by the community wiki. They are sourced claims at community reliability rather than guesses, and several decode themselves once you see them written down.
