Your instrument, or the output of the pedal before it. Use both jacks for stereo.
The RIGHT input doubles as a loop RETURN, which is how HX One does the four-cable method.

One effect at a time
There is no chain, no block budget and no DSP maths. Whatever you choose gets the whole processor, which is why the reverbs and pitch effects are as good as they are.

9 V, 500 mA, centre-negative, 2.1 mm. Every other HX box needs 3 A and its own adapter.
