What the model names mean
Fractal name their models with puns, the same as everyone else — and are only sometimes willing to tell you what they are.

Fractal publish “Based on” for drives and a few other effects, and say nothing official about the amp models. We list what they state and no more.
Why the names are strange
Fractal cannot use another maker's trademark to sell a model of their pedal, so every model gets a new name. “Face Fuzz” is a Fuzz Face; “Griddle Cake” is a Crowther Hot Cake.
What is and is not published
Line 6 publish a complete decoder for every amp, cab and effect. Fractal do not. They describe drives, fuzzes and a handful of delays in the Blocks Guide, and make no public statement about the amp models.
So the list below is every model Fractal themselves describe, and nothing inferred. The amp names have well-known community translations, and those are not the same thing as a manufacturer statement.
